Order Processing & Shipping Times

At Poppy Skincare, we process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. Once processed, your order will be handed over to the shipping carrier, and shipping times will begin.

    • Standard Shipping – Typically 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping – 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping – 1 business day (available for select locations only)

Note: The delivery times above are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the delivery destination. You will be able to view the shipping charges at the checkout page before confirming your purchase.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. For orders below $50, standard shipping fees apply, and expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. If you don’t receive tracking details, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received an email, contact our customer service team for assistance.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our shipping options. Please subscribe to our newsletter or check our website for updates on future international shipping availability.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is a valid residential or business address to avoid any delivery issues. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may delay your shipment, and we cannot be held responsible for errors in shipping information provided by customers.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel an order once it has been shipped. However, if you realize there is an error in your order or need to update your shipping information, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will do our best to assist you before the order is dispatched.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

Poppy Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, if your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. We may ask for photos of the damaged items to process any claims. For lost packages, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on unopened and unused products. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
